Condition: Starts and runs. The check engine light is on and it runs rough at idle. It stays running when put into gear but doensn't seem to have any power. It will drive forward and backward in the parking lot. The 4 wheel drive also works. There are stains in the interior on seats. There's also a surface rust spot below the filler door for the gas tank
